Tax incentives

Mitsui products are eligible for every type of tax incentive under current regulations.

The various units, outdoor and indoor, can be integrated with each other with great flexibility; therefore, it is possible to design a tailor-made system so as to achieve the efficiency targets set by each standard.

65% Ecobonus

The models most in demand by residential users, the Dynamic and Trend splits, boast excellent thermal output per kW (COP up to 4.4), so that replacing them with an existing system will easily meet the Ecobonus thresholds and benefit from the related 65 percent deduction.

50% deduction

There is a 50 percent tax deduction from personal income tax on the cost of building renovation work that results in energy savings. The maximum amount of expenditure that can be deductible is €96,000 per unit, and is spread over a period of 10 years.

Conto Termico 2.0

Heat pumps, being renewable technologies that can provide thermal energy for space needs, are also eligible for the Conto termico 2.0 incentive. This incentive is usable by individuals and public administration for small-scale interventions to harness thermal energy production from renewable sources and to increase energy efficiency. The size of the economic incentive(maximum amount payable euro 5,000.00) is calculated based on:

Full load output of the heat pump;
Efficiency (nominal COP);
Reference climatic zone;
Thermal energy produced;
